Where can I get SMS2.0?

To download SMS2.0 :

Airtel Subscribers- Type "SMS2" on your phone and send it to 543210.

IDEA Subscribers- Type "SMS2" on your phone and send it to 53011.

Spice Subscribers- Type "SMS2" on your phone and send it to 59191.

You will receive a SMS with instructions to download and install the application.

Is my phone supported?

If you have one of these supported phones - definitely! Don"t worry if you don"t see your phone as yet - we keep adding supported phones regularly so do keep checking!

Which operator and plan should I have to use SMS2.0?

Currently, SMS2.0 is available through Airtel , IDEA & Spice in India.

Airtel Users : Airtel user needs to have a valid Airtel Number with Airtel Live activated on it.

IDEA Users : IDEA user needs to have a valid IDEA number with IDEAfresh & IDEAmobile activated on it.

Spice Users : Spice user needs to have a valid spice number with SPICE activated on it.

Will I be charged for downloading SMS2.0?

For Airtel & Spice users, the download is ABSOLUTELY FREE! For IDEA users, the download is chargeable. Standard IDEA data charges are applicable.

What are the charges for using SMS2.0?

The SMS2.0 service is FOC (Free of Charge). The SMS charges remain as per your mobile service plan.

There are no extra charges for:

- Sending or viewing messages

- Using any of the enhanced features like emoticons or coloured fonts

- The SMS2.0 content displayed when you are viewing/composing a message, or when the message is sent.

Standard data charges apply only when you choose to connect to the Internet and browse for more information on the free content.

How do I install SMS2.0?

Once you send a request to download SMS2.0, you will receive a SMS from us which has a download URL. Simply click on the URL and follow the on-screen instructions. If you are still not sure, we have a step-by-step installation guide here.

Does SMS2.0 require a data connection?

Yes, and we have an arrangement with the operator to provide you with the application download and content delivery at ABSOLUTELY NO COST.

What is this registration option that comes up? Do I really need to register?

How can I update my profile after I have created it?

Go to Options menu in the SMS2.0 application and select Update Profile. Choose your interest areas and bingo!

How can I share SMS2.0 with my friends?

All good things are to be shared and you can do so through the Recommend SMS2.0 feature found in the Options menu in the SMS2.0 application.
