Yes, you can continue to send and receive SMS while roaming.

While roaming, will I still get to see the content/teaser and will I be charged?

Yes you will get to see the contents/teasers but they will not be updated and you will not be charged

Will I be charged for SMS2.0?

No. You will not be charged for downloading SMS2.0 to your phone. However, please note that when you are roaming, data charges including taxes/levies imposed by the foreign network operators may apply.

How can I include emoticons in my message?

Yes, you will receive periodic prompts to re-register on your phone. Once you have completed your registration process successfully; we will stop prompting you.
