Yes, that is a banner at the bottom of the message screen and we call it a "teaser". If you proceed to click on the teaser, you can read bite size news, download exclusive discounts and save the cool wallpapers onto your phone.

Isn"t the teaser like an ad?

The teaser is like a news ticker, bringing you content that is based on your preferences. These will be set by you during the registration, therefore you have complete control over what teasers are displayed to you.

How do I set my content preferences?

During registration, you will create your profile and specify your area(s) of interest. After that, we will provide you with content and promotions based on your preferences. Please refer here to update your profile.

Is it possible to switch off the teaser display feature and still send SMS?

Yes, it is possible. To disable the feature, scroll down to highlight the teaser and open the Options menu. Go down to Teaser option and select Disable Teaser.

Will I still get teasers when I am roaming?

No, you will not receive updated content when you are roaming. But you can still view existing content in the phone through the Teaser.

Note: When roaming, data charges including taxes/levies imposed by the foreign mobile operators may apply.

I saw a bigger teaser after I sent my message. What is that?

After a message is sent, the teaser expands into a "full screen". The information seen in the teaser is related to the information in the full screen. The teaser is like the content headline while the full screen provides more details of the actual content.

What can I do with a teaser I like?

Just follow the trail by clicking on the teaser, which will lead you to the full screen of the content. You can continue by going to the Options menu and select Read More, Save Picture, Watch Video... plus many other interactive options.

If I view teaser details when typing an SMS, will my text be intact when I return to my message?

Yes, you can always return to your message at any point after clicking on the teaser. For example you can even follow the teaser trail, check out an exciting offer and come back to continue typing your message.

How do I enable or disable a teaser?

To enable or disable the teaser, move the cursor down to highlight the teaser. Open the Options menu, go to Teaser option, and select Enable/Disable Teaser.
