Can I use SMS2.0 when I am roaming?

Yes, you can continue using the SMS2.0 application to create and view messages when you are roaming, and existing content remains available for viewing.

Note: When roaming, data charges including taxes/levies imposed by the foreign mobile operators may apply.

What are the charges for using SMS2.0?

SMS2.0 is ABSOLUTELY FREE. Your SMS charges remain as per your original mobile service plan. There are no extra charges for:

Sending or viewing messages
Using any of the enhanced features like emoticons or font colours
The content that is displayed to you when you are viewing/or composing a message or when a message is sent.
Standard data charges apply only when you choose to connect to the Internet and request for more information after browsing the free content on SMS2.0.

How can I include emoticons in my message?

While composing a message in SMS2.0, go to the “Options Menu”, click Insert, then Emoticons. Please refer to the detailed instructions here.

How can I change text colour?

Go to the “Options Menu”, point to Text, click Text Colour and select from the range available. Please refer to the detailed instruction here.

How do I know if my message was sent?

There will be a pop-up alert as soon as your message is sent. If not, you can go to the Sent Items folder and check if the message has been sent.

Will SMS2.0 affect other applications on my phone?

No, it will not.

Can I send & receive SMS in Chinese?

Yes, you can.

Will my friend who doesn"t have SMS2.0 get my SMS?

Even if your friend is not a SMS2.0 user, you can continue to send and receive SMSes from him / her.

Will she see the teasers too?

She will need to subscribe to SMS2.0 before she can see the teaser and enjoy other exciting and cool features that comes together with this service.

I installed SMS2.0 but could not complete the registration. Can I still register?

Yes, you can and you will receive periodic prompts to register the service. Once you have successfully completed the registration, the prompts will stop.

Can I uninstall SMS2.0?

Yes, you can.
